How to use

For a new fill, add one quart per 10,000 gallons of water during filling, before chlorine is added.

If color changes due to minerals are observed, follow these steps: close the pool to swimmers, keep the filter running, and let chlorine drop to zero. Lower the pH to 6.8 with pH Lower to re-dissolve metallic impurities. Add one quart per 10,000 gallons and circulate overnight until the water clears. Re-balance the pH to 7.2-7.8 with pH Rise, then resume normal chlorination (target 1.0-3.0 ppm). Chlorine residual should be within 1.0-3.0 ppm before swimming resumes.
