The controller features two independent programs, A and B, letting you tailor schedules for different types of zones. Each program offers four start times, enabling cycle-and-soak windows that help water soak into soil more evenly. An automatic “stacking” feature ensures overlapping runtimes run one valve at a time, reducing overwatering. The Budget dial adjusts all runtimes proportionally from 10% to 200%, so you can adapt to seasonal changes without reprogramming every station.

Manual control, rain delay, and expandability

Manual run mode makes it easy to test zones or perform targeted watering. A configurable Rain Delay lets you skip watering after rainfall. A relay switch supports an automatic rain and freeze sensor (sold separately). Note: Pump-start relays are not supported on this model.

The unit uses screw terminals to hold 18‑gauge irrigation wire.
