Powered by a dedicated 300 mA transformer, this controller energizes one valve solenoid at a time, helping to keep power usage predictable while you manage irrigation across multiple zones. For outdoor exposure, you can house it within an Orbit 57095 outdoor cabinet with built-in GFCI protection, maintaining protection without sacrificing performance.

Two programs for flexible scheduling

Program A and Program B let you tailor schedules to different areas of your landscape. Each program includes four start times, enabling cycle-and-soak windows that support soil infiltration and reduce runoff when used thoughtfully. The controller automatically stacks overlapping runtimes so only one valve operates at any given moment, reducing interference and simplifying water management.

Installation and compatibility

Install on an indoor wall near a power outlet. Connect the common wire to the C terminal and land each zone wire on stations 1–6. Screw terminals hold 18-gauge irrigation wire securely. The system is compatible with 24 VAC valves from major brands like Hunter, Rain Bird, and Toro. If the display shows "No AC," confirm the transformer is fully plugged in.
