For longer hose runs, follow tubing recommendations: use 1/2" ID for typical distances and up to 3/4" ID for extended lines. A medium bubble diffuser (3–5 mm bubbles) is suggested for balanced aeration and longer diffuser life. This combination supports flexible installation across a variety of pond depths and layouts.
