Installation at a glance

• Drill a 3/16 inch hole in the rear of the skimmer casing where the basket sits (drill included).
• Place the rubber washer at the base of the threaded stud on the bonding plate.
• Thread the stud through the hole; secure with a flat washer, lock washer, and nut in that order.
• Note: Do not over-tighten to avoid damage.

Important considerations

Copper wire sizing is important: use wire not smaller than No. 8 AWG for effective bonding. Verify compatibility with your skimmer model and follow local electrical guidelines.
